"It's better to be alone than to be in bad company"
What this quote means is being alone is better because you get to focus on yourself more and not get into trouble. And being in a bad company will get you into so much trouble and you'll do things you don't want to. You also start losing less focus on yourself and school because you're doing so much things with your friends that you shouldn't be. So being alone is better even though sometimes you want to go do things it just has to be with the right people. You don't have to always be alone to do good but you have to pick your friends wisely and pick someone who want to see you do good and someone who keeps you out of trouble.
